The deadline for registration is the 28th of November, 2014.
Registration details
To register please email the following to :
- name and surname
- affiliation
- email address
- title and abstract of presentation using the provided template
- accommodation choice (single or double room, note that single rooms are on a first come first serve basis.). You may indicate preferred roommate in case you choose to stay in a double room.

Note: RTF abstracts will be converted to LaTeX.
Costs
There are no conference fees. You only pay the accommodation and coffee break expenses (approx. 125 euro), which includes:
- accommodation
- meals (lunch and dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday)
- coffee breaks
- use of swimming pool and sauna.
The possible accommodation arrangements are:
- Double room, double occupancy
- Double room, single occupancy
The accommodation option 2 is limited in number, and is on a first come first serve basis.
